What is still all the rage in the wahm biz circles?

Top 100 sites are all the rage, and there are some pretty fancy ones out there. I am not all that technologically advanced in the html and template world, and I have so much to learn. I too have a top 100 site though. http://carolestop.gotop100.com/

Some have advertising for low cost, with gorgeous buttons and banners. Some are in a contest to be the best. Whatever they look like, one thing is for sure, the who's who are on them. And if you have a wahm biz, it certainly might pay to get on a few.
You can google top 100 sites, there are tons of them. A word though, I've been told you should only post on like sites. For instance if you have a candle business, then you should post on a candle top 100 site. This is a great way for people to find their niche. Enjoy! This is a great way to shop, and find new friends.

Tea Boosts Insulin Activity
Studies carried out at the USDA Beltsville Human Nutritional ResearchCentre in Maryland tested various tea extracts on fat cells taken from rats tosee if they had a favorable effect on insulin. The fat cells were grown in alab and fed tea extracts, insulin and radioactive sugar. The chemical epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) most enhanced insulin. When green tea isoxidized into oolong and black tea, EGCG forms polyphenols, which are strong antioxidants. Black, green and oolong teas improved insulin activitythe most. Adding milk diminished the teas positive effect on the insulin. Theincrease that occurs could shed some light on why tea is said to help avoid heart disease and high blood pressure. Medindia.net says the study found that insulin activity increased more than 15 times. Details of the study are featuredin the book “The Sugar Solution” by Sari Harrar, Julia Vantine, and Prevention magazine editors.

Why do people do this?

Why do people join social networks? Some say they want to become friends...but then, when they find out who you are, and what you do....
They (your so called friends) decide to block you. Now, I don't know all of you, but if you have a problem with, let's dialogue, and not be children! OKAY!

Where were you?

September 11, 2001

I think I was pregnant with my youngest at the time. I had Abby in daycare even though I was home. Not realizing that she should have been in early intervention. The day care people weren't very good with her or nice! I did it because she needed the socialization with kids, I chose the wrong day care center! On this day though, six years back, I took her out. I just remember hugging her all day that day, and just thought..."you're safe here with me." I don't know how I could have kept my miracle baby safe, but she was in my arms, and that was the only thing I cared about. I called my husband who works for Metra. Asked if he was safe, and he was. He didn't know what had happened at the time, and later in the day he called to see how we were. I had a million thoughts swirling in my head. I didn't know what to think. How could we be attacked by terrorists? Hadn't our leaders protected us from that? My thoughts of invincibility went to shreds. My heart ached for those who lost loved ones. I didn't watch the news coverage that day. Abby was three at the time, and seeing people fall to their death was too much for me to bear, much less a three yr old.
Firemen are my heros second to my daughter Abby, and I pray for the families who have lost their sons, daughters, dads, brothers.....
I pray and hope our world is a safer place. With all the madness in it, I doubt it. I stay positive for my daughters however, just as my parents did. That truly is the one thing I am grateful for. My parents staying positive about the world and its madness.
I will keep those lost in the towers on Sept. 11 2001, and all the people who tried to help them. Please if you're reading this, please do the same, and turn on your headlights while driving today.
