Do you know what all the rage is with wahm businesses??? It's online vendor parties. I am not just saying that because I own one either. I work my butt off, and it takes alot of time and energy to own a site. Many are much more computer savvy than I, and really have some techie sites. My expertise is in my advertising and writing. So I am told. Believe me, I don't believe everything I hear! *LOL* Here is why online vendor parties are a must have for your wahm biz.
*** They provide an outlet that is an online opportunity only****
Think about it. Where else can you get to talk to people all over the world about your business and perhaps even sell them something. Yes it does depend on where your party is.
***Networking***
Take advantage of it during lull times. Don't go to vendor parties to win prizes or get free spots. Think about this in terms of real life. Do we really like to go to parties and eat and run. Or do we like people to do that to us. During down times make small talk!
***Share tips***
The internet is a wide vast source for marketing with tons of intelligent men and women! Do we really want people to believe we are all so insecure we can't share ideas, party sites and more. Of course not. Helping others out will help you out in the long run. You will gain in the industry if you help and care about others, rather than just yourself.

Vendor parties
Definitely a way to get your business noticed! Vendor online parties. Cool inexpensive and fun!

Defiinitely growing up. I missed their first drama class due to work. Next Saturday I am off, so I am looking forward to going! I can't wait. I am also going to enroll them in cheerleading or some other activity. These two girls of mine, they are going to keep me bizzy! I will keep you posted!

Still all the rage

Top 100 sites are all the rage, and there are some pretty fancy ones out there. I am not all that technologically advanced in the html and template world, and I have so much to learn. I too have a top 100 site though. http://carolestop.gotop100.com/
Some have advertising for low cost, with gorgeous buttons and banners. Some are in a contest to be the best. Whatever they look like, one thing is for sure, the who's who are on them. And if you have a wahm biz, it certainly might pay to get on a few.
You can google top 100 sites, there are tons of them. A word though, I've been told you should only post on like sites. For instance if you have a candle business, then you should post on a candle top 100 site. This is a great way for people to find their niche. Enjoy! This is a great way to shop, and find new friends.

Studies carried out at the USDA Beltsville Human Nutritional ResearchCentre in Maryland tested various tea extracts on fat cells taken from rats tosee if they had a favorable effect on insulin. The fat cells were grown in alab and fed tea extracts, insulin and radioactive sugar. The chemical epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) most enhanced insulin. When green tea isoxidized into oolong and black tea, EGCG forms polyphenols, which are strong antioxidants. Black, green and oolong teas improved insulin activitythe most. Adding milk diminished the teas positive effect on the insulin. Theincrease that occurs could shed some light on why tea is said to help avoid heart disease and high blood pressure. Medindia.net says the study found that insulin activity increased more than 15 times. Details of the study are featuredin the book “The Sugar Solution” by Sari Harrar, Julia Vantine, and Prevention magazine editors.
